I. He is in Control.  v. 1-3

   A. He gives rest.

  “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ  

   Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

   B. He gives refreshment.

  On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let  

  anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink.”  John 7:37

   C. He gives restoration.

 II. He Comforts My Life.  v. 4-5

   A. He proves.

   B. He protects.

   C. He provides.

  “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according

  to his power that is at work within us,” Ephesians 3:20

 III. He is Constant in My Life.  v. 6

   A. He gives us His reputation.

   B. He gives us rewards.

   C. He gives us residence

   ^“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution

    or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face

    death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things

    we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that

    neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future,

    nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able

    to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:35-39
